Fantastic everyday and travel backpack for my kiddo. Being plain means he can decorate it to be HIS, and he already gas! Nicely padded, sturdy construction. I hope to see a few years of use out of this.

It's an overall nice backpack for school, with enough pockets and a laptop compartment. Very lightweight. I'd say I expected the material to be a bit thicker/sturdier to endure books in addition to notepads, but the main reason I took a star off is because there is absolutely no padding at the bottom. Tue same thin material. And that's surprising for High Sierra, considering you'd be carrying a laptop. You'd probably crash your appliance if you missed putting your bag on the floor VERY gently.

Overall this is a nice backpack but it is not as sturdy as other High Sierra backpacks we have at same price point. The material feels thinner and the zipper is not as sturdy. In addition, for a school backpack, would love if this had a small zippered pouch for lunch money, etc.

Great for my kindergartner! He is happy with it. It should work for the next several grades too. It has enough pockets, but not too many. He would lose things in a backpack with too many zippered areas.

I bought this bag for my 7th grader. He absolutely loves it. It is spacious enough for his 2 3 ring binders. It got here super fast. Purchased on Friday, it was here on Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with the service and my son couldn't be happier with his backpack. Although he does have the Cosmos one.
