Great customer service!

I cleaned my humidifier and got water into the dry air outlet port and it stopped working. Even though I erred, Mr. Rosenbloom is sending me a new unit. I am so glad because it is a very nice humidifier.

I have used this small humidifier for a bedroom for a year. It is quiet and easy to use. I can feel moist in the room. I love it.

I bought this a month ago and it was working great . Suddenly the sensor did go wrong but customer service is taking care of it by replacing my model .

My daughter suggested I get an humidifier and she helped me look at a few different ones and I decided on the MistAire Drop. After using it for a couple days I went back and purchased another one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Cleaning

I bought 1 that stopped working after less than a year. The company replaced it which was great but the new one has terrible build up that I can’t clean!
