Question if buying Quip 4 convenience is worth it?

I like the Quip but have had a lot of trouble turning on with several different units. I’ve bought additional units because of that & have 4 subscriptions for grand children. I recently bought a smart unit, it worked great 3-4 days then stopped. I put motor in an older unit with a new AA battery & it’s working better. You reference a magnetic charger with no explanation how that works. Also it’s difficult pairing with I phone.

Absolutely Amazing!

I absolutely love this toothbrush and everything about it! Really easy to set up in the app and I like how it shows the stats on every aspect in the brushing process. A fully charged brush lasts quite a long time (especially for how often you have to charge it). No joke I could go on and on. But simply put, changing to quip has really elevated my brushing experience and definitely helped me keep up my good habits with ease and efficiency.

Put up with this toothbrush and its AA battery predecessor for 5 years. The headache of having to get it replaced a million times is not worth the trouble.

Stop sending unneeded batteries?

This the 3rd Quip toothbrush I've gotten so I like it just fine. But this time I got a rechargeable one. Just wondering why they're still sending batteries when we don't need them. There does not seem to be an option to get just the brush head and no battery

Doesn't Charge

It worked great, immediately after the 1 year warranty was past, the brush no longer charges and is a regular toothbrush. It's sleek and compact, but so are regular toothbrushes.

Issues from the start

I thought I must have bought a faulty brush, but looks like other people have had similar issues. From the first time I used it, it would randomly shut off during use. At first just once, and then I could turn it back on and start over. Now after several months, it won’t make it through a single cycle. Total waste paying for the smart brush. Never had this issue with the previous models. Been using Quip brushes for years. On my third brush for myself and I’ve bought 2 for other people. I don’t think I’ll buy another one after this.

Cheap plastic brush heads

I’ve had my rechargeable sonic smart brush for about 9 months and have replaced the brush head three times. The new brush heads do not stay clicked down onto the handle.

Glad to know I’m not the only one! I’m on my fairly new replacement brush and same issue— shuts off while brushing and fully charged :(
