It’s great! Gentle on my teeth and a nice hybrid between manual brushing and electric. Sometimes I feel like an electric toothbrush doesn’t get a great clean but this definitely does!

the black one worked perfectly, the ping one either would not charge or just not turn on. have used the battery version for many years, just thought rechargeable would be more convenient. i asked for a replacement, i hope they stand behind their product

Four replacements and all the same poor quality

After FOUR replacement brushes and a refusal to refund me, I’m moving on from QUIP. The battery doesn’t last a month, none of the brushes I had lasted more than 12 days on one charge and every brush I had flat out stopped working or charging. Another fun note, once you take off the brush the rust time, all replacement brushes never stay in correctly. It will fall off if you brush to the apps recommended intensity. The last replacement brush they sent me also appeared to be used already which was gross. Just a complete piece of garbage
