This is the fourth one of these I’ve received. They tend to only last 6-7 months before they refuse to charge. At least they send free replacements without asking why anymore.

Terrible product. Not sure what engineer designed this but after only replacing the head once the next head wont stay snapped in place. Horrible design. Would not purchase again.

Mostly pros and a couple cons

Pros - love the timer, the sleek look of the toothbrush, rechargeability, and how clean my teeth are after using
Cons - tricky start button doesn’t always work, brush often stops in the middle of cleaning (im not using too much pressure and the brush is fully charged so not sure what this is about)

Brush heads don't stay on after a while

It's a good brush, but after a while, the brush heads stop staying in place and keep popping off while brushing. I've removed the head, cleaned out the debris, and left it apart to dry overnight, but there is still no improvement.
