Love it so far but

No matter what I do, it falls off my mirror EVERY day. I’ve tried everything to get it to stay stuck and the poor thing just keeps falling. My fiancé’s first quip (basic battery, plastic brush) didn’t do this so I think it’s the weight of the brush because it’s metal. I need sturdier stickies on my toothbrush holder please!
Great brush though. I love tracking everything with the app. It keeps me motivated and holds me accountable.
The app needs a little work—it’s glitchy with the points not reflecting right or it not syncing well, even being in range. I’m close to approaching 50 flosses and washes and it still hasn’t even done the 25x award. Is what it’s! I’m brushing my teeth and that’s what matters.
Can’t wait to see where quip is as a company in 2-5 years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came across the Quip Smart Rechargeable Electric toothbrush.
The colors just stood out to me.
Want to point out that this toothbrush can still be used w/out syncing or using the app.
The app is easy to use and you can set up different users, timer and the app also shows you how long and which sections to brush.
I found that option to be great for the younger children.
The charger is not bulky and can be stored without tangling. No plug ins on the Quip brush, the cord has a magnet that sticks to the bottom of the phone to charge.
The wand itself is sturdy, easy to hold on to as it's much slimmer. Makes for cleaning your mouth better.
Although the brush head is a bit bigger, it helped clean very well.
Bristles are not too hard, nor too soft. I found they were pleasant to use.
The toothbrush also comes in a clear tube, not much bigger than the product itself.
Save the tube for traveling, moving etc. I thought this was a great idea. Having packaging/parts that are reusable.
The brush holder doesn't take up much room. You can also mount this wherever you like as the holder is set up for that.
There are other accessories for the Quip Brush that one can purchase online. Items such as dental floss, colorful heads and handles. There is also toothpaste, mouthwash and other similar items.
You can also have a monthly subscription of whichever items you use.
All in all, I found this to be a great idea for a toothbrush.

Better design

Been using toothbrush over 3 years now. Need to replace every 2 years batter holder and brush attachment needs redesign . replacing brush a few times wears out attachment .
(extra care must be taken to avoid breaking holder however after a few changes it just wears out to be prepared to buy a new one every couple of years if your lucky)

Do not buy this product

I love the convenience of these toothbrushes however they are not made to last. This was my fifth toothbrush and it made it for about a year. In the beginning I loved it so much I got the rest of my family to purchase them. They have all had the same problems. I am now the last one to just give up. So disappointing great product poorly made.

I like the concept of quip. I would prefer a medium brush head vs a soft one. I love how it sticks on the mirror, my current one is not working now. I’m waiting for a new brush head.

Not Completely Worth It

Like another brush that I've tried from Quip, it's definitely a beautiful brush. It's nice to hold and is very sleek. But it's simply not worth the value for the purpose of dental hygiene. One, the vibration is very minimal and is primarily for timing purposes. If you don't care about a powerful vibration, then it won't be an issue. However, it also doesn't offer much of a difference from other brushes on other fronts. The brush head is basic, for example. And the battery-powered brush builds up a lot of mold and gunk under the brush head; I can't speak for the rechargeable model. But it makes me feel gross using the brush. Second, the "smart" feature is nice and all but the rewards system is useless. I liked keeping track of my brushing habits and seeing if I favored one area over another, but that's it. The points you accrue barely save you any money at the end of each year. You end up paying more for the smart feature than you save! I'd rather just save money and buy the regular version. I just didn't feel like it was worth the price of the brush or the replacements to keep using it.

Still getting product after cancellation

There is no way to quickly and efficiently contact this company - I cancelled my refills MONTHS ago and just got billed again - but I can't talk to anybody because that would be too easy...
Seriously consider how long you want to fight this company if you ever want to cancel....
