Great toothbrush. Cleans teeth. I think it does a good job. Nice clean simple design.
The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 lies mainly with the app. There's no way to manually enter in a brushing, so if your battery is dead you are SOL. Also, no battery indicator. There are a few things missing from the app and that is just the beginning, hence the lower score.

the black one worked perfectly,

the black one worked perfectly, the ping one either would not charge or just not turn on. have used the battery version for many years, just thought rechargeable would be more convenient. i asked for a replacement, i hope they stand behind their product
