Poor quality toothbrush

Disappointed yet again. I’m on my third Quip toothbrush and the very first one lasted for years. The second one I thought was faulty as it wouldn’t stay on while brushing and then wouldn’t hold a charge. I was sent a replacement and now this one will not charge at all. The quality just isn’t there.

Great while it lasts…

Worked well for the first 6months and then the timing and syncing became increasingly erratic. This is my second brush of this line and I had similar issues with the first one. I really like the clean, minimalist design of the brush itself as well as the smart brush concept (truly helped me with brushing consistency and quality), but I wish it were more reliable.

Does not last long

This is a great toothbrush but I'm on my second one and its already breaking again. The head slides off easily while I'm brushing and I have to keep clicking it back into place. The charge barely lasts and to even turn it on I have to set it on the charger and that automatically turns it on. Just annoying that its such poor quality and that I keep having to replace them as they are not really inexpensive.

Great toothbrush - poor finish

I have the pink version and I have been using this brush for a while now and it's still my primary toothbrush. It works well and holds a charge for a long time - over a month of 2x a day use. The only issue with the brush is within a month the pink paint on the handle began peeling off. I haven't replaced it because it's still functional, but it was disappointing that the finish was so poor for as much as I paid. I have had a few of their less expensive battery brushes previously that I now use for travel or spares, all metal, and I have never had this trouble. I want to try the next gen brush, but if it has the same painted finish, I would hesitate to buy it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stops working after changing head

This is my second sonic recharable toothbrush. I love everything about the design and app. HOWEVER, just like with my first toothbrush, this one completely stopped working after I changed the head. The battery is charged but the brush won't turn on. It's a great brush for three months, just not longer than that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped charging after 1 year!

Loved until I didn’t. Won’t charge after 1 year! The warranty is over (1 year) and it stopped charging and working. I’m so disappointed!

Even better than the battery toothbrush. I love how this toothbrush charges and just keeps going. I have become addicted to how the Quip brushes my teeth and can't switch away to anything else. Highly recommend the Smart Rechargeable for simplicity of use.
