Great rechargeable toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the adjustable intensity and clean settings. This replaces my previous DiamondClean toothbrush that lasted 26 months so I hope this new one last longer. Only complaint is the case is slick, I need to moisten my hand to grip it when using so It doesn't slip out of my hand (my old DiamondClean toothbrush had the same issue).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Philips toothbrush button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the toothbrush but the button to turn it on is starting to do the same thing that my last one did. It is depressed on one side and I’m afraid that it does what my old one did where I had great difficulty turning it on. This is my 3rd Philips toothbrush and I am disappointed that they only last 2-2.5 years especially for the high cost of each.

Hello there.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re very sorry to hear that both the original toothbrush and the replacement developed the same issue with the metal connector becoming loose. We understand how frustrating this must be — especially when it happened just outside the warranty period and after you’ve already gone through a replacement.
This certainly isn’t the durability we aim to deliver, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Feel free to reach out to us directly via Facebook/Instagram (@Philips) or X (@PhilipsCare).
If you don’t use social media, you can also contact us through our support page:

Thank you again for your feedback — it’s important to us, and we’re here to help.
Best regards,

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Was initially very satisfied of the product, but after about a year of usage, the toothbrush is now making huge and unpleasant noises whenever running. It still cleans, but while waking up the household (ok, a bit exagerated, but close to the truth).
I wanted a premium experience. With the brush and the replacement heads, I ended up only having a premium price tag. Would neither recommend or buy again.
