Wish they would’ve made these 40 years ago . I’d never bought a regular grille. Cooks food in its own natural juices, not losing any flavor down the grates. So easy to clean with a little water when grill is still warm not hot , grease sizzles right off whip off with paper towel and your done. I coat mine with Pam cooking spray to keep cast iron from rusting.

I was "sold" on the Blackstone products when I observed some of the fellows from our church men's group cooking bacon, sausage, and other breakfast items on two Blackstone grills! It’s quite heavy and even strong winds don’t move it at all. Our griddle is 28 inches with two sides. We found that the cover fits best when both sides are extended. It looks great and I expect it to last for a very long time.
