Great Product if new Frame TVs were compatible!!!

I called Samsung and specifically asked if the new Samsung Frame PRO 65" would be compatible with the auto rotating mount and was told YES. I purchased four 65" Frame Pros and four rotating mounts to create an art wall but after many hours on support chat and calls was told that NO the Frame PRO is not compatible.
It seems like this could easily be remedied with a software update to the Frame PRO as the only interface is a set of remote controller commands (no electrical interface). How hard could this be?
The auto rotating mount seems like the perfect accessory for the ART mode of the FRAME - SAMSUNG please do a software update for the Frame PRO to make it compatible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mount is the perfect addition for your Samsung TV. It makes mounting and leveling a breeze. I'm upset that I didn't buy one sooner! I'm going to get more for all of my TVs throughout my house. This thing is awesome!

Does not auto rotate based on image orientation

I bought this to display art. Based on it's name I thought it would automatically rotate based on the images orientation. Sadly it does not do this. In order to get it to rotate one must press a button on the remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
