This is the most durable phone I’ve had from Apple. I’m the person who buys a new phone and has a crack in the screen/back/camera lenses within a week. Not this one. I have dropped it on every surface you can imagine, it has flown out of my hand while making grand sweeping arm motions, not a bit of damage. I’ve had it in my back pocket and sat on it. No damage.

Everything you need if you aren’t a pro. Love the design, the slimmer phone is great, the battery is decent and the camera word as it should taking some really great pictures! I have had it since launch and there isn’t one thing that I miss from the pro phones. I almost feel like I was overpaying for every pro I purchased because I don’t use a fraction of the capability of a pro phone. But for whatever reason I had to have the best in the lineup. I took a chance on being different this year and I am not missing anything pro!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too many negatives to list. Very disappointed in the battery performance (this brand new battery doesn’t last longer than the 70% that was left in my 13 Pro Max that I traded it in). The Face ID only occasionally works. All of the symbols for the apps are fuzzy. Analog clock instead of digital, which is harder to read since it’s blurry. There are multiple other problems with this phone too. Horribly disappointed, considering the cost.
