Battery is slightly larger than others.

Purchased as a replacement house battery for RV. This battery is physically larger than the one it replaced, requiring the construction of a new battery box and modifications to the compartment door. I suspect it will provide the power I need for the RV.

I haven't had the battery long and I am a complete novice when it comes to batteries, though definitely doing an online-reviews crash course in batteries. This battery is heavy! As difficult as it was to move into place, I think the weight will be a deterrent to anyone walking off with it in the future. I am using it to power an automatic gate opener with a solar panel for charging, so it is sitting behind my fence in the black box. The gate has been powered with it for just a few days and no issues at all. Tomorrow will be a high of 21 degrees, low of 17, so we'll see how it does. So far it's been great with temps in the upper 20s and low 30s overnight. I wouldn't expect just opening and closing the gate a couple of times a day will ever drain the battery if the solar panel is topping it off every week or so, but also bought a charger just in case.

I use these batteries everyday with my solar panels and inverters. They power everything from my Air Conditioner/Furnace to refrigerator/freezer to my desktop computer and TV with a soundbar. I don't let the batteries discharge below 12.2 volts and they have worked perfect. I almost ordered a different brand battery that I found a little cheaper but I knew I would regret going cheap. These batteries have worked perfect so I just ordered 4 more to add some Amp Hours to my system.

amazed they can ship these cross country for that price and that fast. True test will be how they hold up over the years but so far they look promising. Wish I had an easy way to recycle the old batteries? (Haz waste is closed for the virus).
