Using the 12V 200Ah in our new camp trailer after the original lead acid battery proved to not be enough juice to take us through more than one night of boondock camping. This Renogy LiP04 does the trick and love the ability to track the battery status with the Bluetooth connection. The app needs a few tweaks but does provide the information needed. So far we really like LiPO4 battery and even using a charge controller for a regular lead acid battery system, which does not quick charge the LiPO4 to full capacity on its own, our 190w solar panel with LiPO4 friendly solar control unit does top it off with no problem.
The batteries are awesome.so far. Everything that was promised. The Bluetooth is a little quirky. Not sure if that that's the batteries or the DC Home app though. Pur hased a 400w solar kit as well and the app has a hard time seeing the controller as well from 5 feet away. So probably the app.
I coupled this battery with 400 watts of solar panels and a 3000 watt pure sine inverter. It will start and run My air conditioner on my View motor home for at least 2 hours before recharging and will run everything else through the night (lights, refrigerator, microwave). I can monitor the battery and charger through Bluetooth on my phone. This is the perfect match for everything I need it to run.
Not sure yet, haven't installed once I install and begin using the battery I will give a more detailed evaluation. As of now i can only say it was delivered on time package was intact and battery looks like it is ok :vbb;
Good price, fast shipping, and great quality. It’s charging my van fridge, laptop, microwave lunch box, etc without issues. Very happy with this purchase.
I purchased two of the 200Ah batteries for usage in my RV while we boondock and to power a Renogy inverter when not connected to shore power. On a recent trip I am very happy with the performance of these batteries. What is a huge disappointment is the Bluetooth system and the app. I can only get one battery to show in the app and when I click on it to connect nothing happens. While the app looks like it could potentially have a lot of good information about the batteries it is basically useless.
