Ok kid case

Went with this Otterbox case because of the brand and was really disappointed. The stand does not hold up and the iPad falls over. Really wished the stand would work because the case and the stand that dubs as a handle are really great. The price, however, is not comparable to the item and I feel I over paid. Am contacting customer support for assistance and will update.

You're not wrong to expect the very best from the Otter brand, and we're sorry to hear that you've had some struggles utilizing the handle of the EasyClean Tablet Case as a means for your kiddo's digital playing, learning, and hands-free viewing.
Although the iPad (10th gen) is a somewhat larger device, the case should still be stable when little hands are interacting with the touchscreen, and our internal testing didn't give us any concerns to the contrary. If y'all continue to have issues with this, we'd love to learn more and see what might be done to help. stand is a disappointment and a waste

the ipad case was a no brainer as i have nothing but otterbox on every device we own however.....we bought the case so that our daughter could prop it up with the stand and we're met with disappointment when it just slams the ipad down when it inevitably topples over. Big bummer as we love the protection the case offers it just renders to stand useless when it doesn't do what it claims.

Stand doesn’t work (doesn’t hold the iPad for one second) and there was no screen protector in the box. They are deceiving customers into paying high price. It’s worthless

Case is easily knocked over even when sitting on a flat surface. Can't use on an airplane let alone on the coffee table in my house. Time to retool the mold.

Case won’t stand up

I loved the look of this case and my 3 year old picked it out. And you can’t go wrong with an OtterBox case for a toddler right? Well the problem is that this case won’t stand up on its own like advertised. And that pretty much defeats the whole purpose of this case. Very disappointed and would not recommend!!

Great protection and the screen protector went in easily. Case is also easy to get on an off. Docking it two stars because the stand is not sturdy enough to keep the tablet from falling over.

It does not hold the iPad for one second, immediately topples over. So it’s not a stand at all, its just an overpriced case. It also claims to have a screen protector, but none included in the package we received. They deceive the customer to pay a lot of money for a product that is not even close to what is described; they should be ashamed!
