it is not big enough...... my 17" laptop does not fit..... can't close the zipper

Straps aren't as curved as my older model, making them more painful post mastectomy. But otherwise an excellent backpack. Very well thought out pockets, padding, and features. I am hoping the the straps get less painful with a bit of wear because it's just gorgeous!
