Great design!

My backpack arrived today. It was like I wanted to be especially the separate laptop compartment. The material though is quite thin so I hope it holds true to the rigors of travel. Not happy with the zipper toggles cuz of an inch of a cord attached to the handle. There is a lag when you open & close a compartment. Just use the usual zipper handles attached to the head.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sufficient for my needs, but could function better

Sufficient for my needs to use as a carry-on or for a quick weekend trip. The single-bar, extendable handle could be better because the bag can become unbalanced when wheeling across the ground. A U-shaped extendable handle like the one used in previous versions of the backpack lessened the chance of the bag becoming unbalanced when being wheeled.

Rugged and versatile for camping

I bought this primarily to transport an Ecoflow Delta 3 plus power station. It fits it very nicely, it protects it very nicely, the backpack straps allow me to walk through the woods with it, and the wheels allow me to roll it easily including up and down stairs. I'm very happy with the design and the quality and the price. Looking forward to buying more High Sierra products.

Sewing Malfunction Cause Thread Malfunction

I purchased 3 (2 black, 1 blue) High Sierra Pro Wheeled Backpacks since 02/2024 to 01/2026.
The 1st black backpack didn't fair so well. The middle pocket tore because the fabric stitching cane out.
Therefore, kept the blue as my spare and ordered another black one.

I completely forgot about the 5 year warranty until the recent purchase.
Overall, the wheels, handles, zippers and fabric are sturdy. There's lots of storage space
