This is a replacement as I broke a zipper. I loved the first one, great for work and traveling with work. Wheeled bags have been saving my shoulder from carrying my laptop and such back and forth.

Great bags overall, but the handle sometimes breaks and refuses to retract. We buy a new one for school every year or two.

I am not happy with the quality padded laptop sleeve. Too thin, small and no secure strap. I also do not like that the main compartment opens all the way. I underestimated the size. A bit too big for what I need. The straps are great and can easily be tucked away. The wheels are great as well. Easily maneuverable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great bag. Lots of room and pockets. I used it as my carry on when flying. The best part is if I don’t want to carry as backpack the handle sealed the deal for me! Great quality!
