The bag is good itself but I didn't like the fact that I could track where it was to see how closer it got to being delivered

Very sturdy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This backpack is really great. Have not tried it for hiking or anything outdoors yet but for use as luggage it does a good job! It is great to switch between a backpack and then a rolling suitcase when needed. I can tell it will be very durable and last for a very long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this on Sept 12th for my son . He used it for 3 days and already the side pocket and the bottom of the backpack is torn. I am majorly disappointed at the quality of the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Quality

I bought this backpack for my granddaughter for school this year in September and it’s only 3 months later and it’s torn in a few spots. I’m very disappointed in the poor quality and I believe you should replace it

Great quality, huge space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The High Sierra Freewheel Pro is a beautiful backpack.
The colors are bright, it looks very well made and really sturdy. It is very very light and huge!! I wanted it for my kindergartener but it will definitely be too big. It would be perfect for a College student/teachers/traveler. So I am keeping it for myself when I am traveling.
You can carry it as a backpack, the straps have very nice pads, they are comfy. There is a pouch in the back to tuck the shoulder straps so you won’t drag them on the ground.
One pocket on the side can hold your drink.
The handle looks very study, there are 3 levels to adjust the size and a zipper pocket to cover the handle when it is fold.
The wheels are very sturdy and well made, they are small so you don’t feel them on your back when you put it on as a backpack.
There are 3 pockets, the biggest one it really huge, the medium has 2 compartiments which is nice to put you computer and headphones, the smallest one is divided in pockets to put pen, wireless headphones or everything small you need to travel.
I am really happy with it and love it as a carry on backpack/luggage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy we got this. It may be carried on the back or rolled smoothly along. The handle for pulling is hidden away. It has many compartments including one for a water bottle, phone, laptop. Perfect as a carry-on.

The wheels look very sturdy and the color combinations are catchy. The zippers are very good quality and the backpack rolls effortlessly. The shoulder straps have comfortable padding. Very good buy.
