Great bag. Does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’s still new and haven’t put it through it’s paces yet, but it seems like a quality bag. The wheels are smooth, the handle is easy to extend and retract and the bag is spacious. I only have two issues with the bag:
The shoulder straps are very thin with minimal padding. I was expecting the quality that I’ve seen in other High Sierra bags, but it’s not so. The other issue also has to do with carrying the bag on my shoulders. The back of the bag also has minimal padding. The area around the wheels dig right into my lower back. I wanted a backpack that I could roll when it got too heavy. I got a rolling bag that could I could carry on my shoulders. Does the difference make sense?

So far everything has been fine, however as my son was wheeling his backpack to one of his classes the hubcap popped off. He didn't notice this though until he was in his next class. Don't know if this will lead to any problems though.

This backpack is a blessing! I had an injury recently and didn’t want to lug my heavy backpack around with an injured leg. It has a handle that goes up high and can be carried up stairs if necessary. My only complaint is I wished it had one or two more pockets for storage. Other than that, it was a great investment.

I Have used High Sierra bags for about ten years now. And the only thing that has happened to my wheeled bag back pack is I wore the zippers out. Not bad after 10 years.

This backpack is very Good Quality and has a lot of space so you can put all your stuff inside. My middle schooler has a computer, lots of library books and this backpack is perfect! Highly recommend.

Great wheeled backpack

We have been using this for a week now for high school. Lightweight, attractive, roomy, easy to roll. Material seems water proof. Would highly recommend. One thing that could be better is the padding in the laptop compartment… it’s ok actually, but compared to the other High Sierra wheeled backpack we had before this, it’s thinner. But I would still recommend this product highly, especially for middle and high school.

Bag is material is good quality but no back support. Only the handrail which bangs into the laptops while in motion.
