I wish it had more space and another front pocket. I guess it's a compromise given the space needed for the mechanism. It is heavy to carry to the car and up steps, but a joy to walk across campus without the weight on my back.

I use this wheeled backpack for college at my university and it holds plenty of textbooks and supplies I need for the day. What I love about this backpack is it has wheels and a lot of storage, especially a compartment for my laptop. What I don't like about it is how heavy the backpack is to start. the capacity is really good and the fabric and frame are high quality and stayed in great shape over 2 years of heavy school use. after 2 years, the wheels locked up and the handle is hard to retract all the way, but it's still very usable. to start high school, i'm splurging and getting my kid a new backpack, but exactly the same one since i know it'll last for 2 full school years and 3months of summer camp. :)
