Nice bag and felt well made, but it just didn't have the capacity I needed for my new work bag. I was pretty disappointed, but I do carry a lot of stuff with me. I wanted to keep it, but really have too many travel bags as it is!

So far so good. My son uses this backpack for school. It is a great size and holds a lot of stuff. The water bottle holder could be deeper and it could use a Chromebook holder/pocket. Other than that it is great

Backpack did great as a camera bag for a combination of air travel and hiking, loved being able to convert between rolling and backpack. However, the nylon material seems cheap and not durable. On the first use, before getting on my first flight, the seam near the rolling handle ripped away and failed. Given almost no use, I’m hoping that High Sierra will cover under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
