This product is the perfect size for our family. We are a distance from a local chain and this freezer has given us the opportunity to not only purchase more on sale and also to reduce our trips to the store.

Less than a Week Old and it's sweating?

Moisture forming on the outside of an upright or chest freezer is not unusual during periods of high humidity or extended hot, humid weather. You can wipe the surface dry and use a good appliance polish to protect the finish. Please be sure you are allowing allow 3" (76 m) clearance on the top, back and sides for proper air circulation. Love the freezer so far!

I’ve had this product for a month and it has been a far better experience than my previous off brand chest freezer. It’s deeper, the edges don’t have thick hard to remove frost around the edges and the top has a nice seal. It’s small enough to fit in my medium sized apartment kitchen but can hold a lot of frozen items.
