Great Phone, bad end-users

Great phone. Only complaint is the Crease because there are others on the market which have no crease at all. Why Samsung still does is just beyond me. It really doesn't make logical sense.
There are some reviews on here which are misleading. I.e. "My screen is lifting from the edges of the crease.". No, the screen is not lifting. The Screen Protector is. Yes it does happen. Particular in highly humid storage area's with the phone folded, and when you don't keep the screen clean. Finger oils get beneath the screen protector and act as lubricant. Once it begins, it's going to continue to get worse until the screen protector is replaced. I've only replaced 1 screen protector after about 8 months (could have at the 5-6 month mark). I made the mistake of allowing too much tension in the crease which resulted in the screen protector tearing in the crease. I will not make that mistake again. However, the screens are very durable. The outer layer feels soft and rubbery, that is the screen protector. It is oleophobic film.
I see some reviews about, "App's not loading" and "browser not working right". That is a network problem, which makes sense as they also mentioned having laggy networking abilities. This is going to be A.) Current Router settings if on WiFi. Or B.) Poor service coverage area or tower issues if on Cellular Network.
The only other two things that could be caused by are user abuse, or a manufacturing defect on the NIC.

Don't bash Samsung because you are incompetent to technology, use, and care.

Z flip 4 - happy so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my device for many purposes, including streaming, work, entertainment, and so one and so forth. So far, no complaints, great battery life in comparison with my previous Z flip phone.
In regards to drawbacks, the screen protector had to be replaced under warranty.
Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone! How it flipz, how it takes photos and videos. Everything about it is so easy and smooth. You would think because it has hinges and folds it would be weak but it is very durable. The feel of it is very comfortable and holding it is surprisingly easy. Of course you can have both of best worlds with Samsung and Google so you can not go wrong with that! Just amazing product and will continue with this Samsung line!!!

Major Step Up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started with the Flip3, and upgraded to the Flip4 in October 2022. With its improved hinge design, 120hz refresh rate, and its stunning camera specs, it perfectly suits my needs.
It's great for those that have struggled with the desire for a bigger screen but don't have suitable space in their pockets or purses.
With the Flip4, it is also nice to be able to take selfies, check notifications, and control music without having to open it up!
Since joining the flip community, I have felt more present in my daily life without having to sacrifice the growing need for smart devices in everyone's daily lives.
It's great for those that have struggled with the desire for a bigger screen but don't have suitable space in their pockets or purses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Z Flip 4 for gaming and surfing the web. I appreciate the quality that goes into Samsung. I have recently bought a Z Flip 4. I absolutely love how compact it is and love the operating system in place , with that being said there are a few things that I would like have improved. I feel for this type of phone the back should have been a tectured material, I find that this phone constantly falls out of my hand when opening, so I am very aware not to drop it upon opening. The phone feels top heavy which may be the reason it wants to flop out of my hand in the first place. The face of the phone seems narrow and this is probably because I came from having a note 20 but a wider screen would be an improvement. The camera seems to be of lesser quality that my note and S23 ultra which I also own. The sound I feel could be a little better comparing this to my note 20 and S23. The battery seems not to last as long as both of my other phones so not sure why especially when I always have the brightness low and use it about the same amount. Otherwise it's a decent phone and I would recommend to someone who likes this style of phone or wants a compact phone.
