Compact without the loss of screen space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is my life line just as it is most people's. But this one I have to give kudos to the makers for. Just fold and put it in your front pocket. I always worried about my other phone sitting in my back pocket as to would I feel it fall out or would I forget it was there and sit on it. Guess what, I did just that.
It also takes great pictures, and being a mom of three beautiful rescues, it must be high on my list.
This is very tough phone and would recommend it 100%.

Poor external design execution

Ok so unless your a perfect human being that doesn't have a snow ball chance in hell of breaking things by mistake. Do not get this phone. Thankfully in the time i have owned it the phone software, and inside of the flip phone has not failed. However the phone exterior has suffered damage. Not to worry though I ended up locating the gorilla glass replacements online. Took it into the store to have it fixed up... right?
Wrong. In Samsung's infinite wisdom besides using glass on the exterior phone turning the phone into a glass egg without a phone cover. Oh and by the way, putting the word gorilla in front of glass doesn't make it stronger, it is still glass, should be plastic. But get this, the glass piece above the display? is 100% attached via glue. Not just around the edges of the display. ALL THE WAY THRU THE ENTIRE display making it impossible to salvage the original display... requiring... the purchase of another glass back screen WITH the display attached because that makes sense. I will not be buying another Z Flip till the Z Flip 20+ because lessons are not being learned from previous design. Or they just don't care. One of the two.

Samsung, look you push out tons of great products to include your phones. But this, this is terrible and frankly unacceptable. You have been in business long enough to do proper QA/QC, recognize design flaws, and make adjustments. Having the right pair of eyes from anyone off the street with an analytical mind would have immediately noticed this to be a problem. Engineers think different from Operations, Marketers, etc. Get the right minds over these products and hammer out this out. Your on #4 of this series. Fix this for 5. You know good and darn well that the exterior parts of the phone are more likely to suffer damage first and should be the easiest and most painless to replace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that I can fold the phone when she's watching a show or hear bear on YouTube that I can kind of prop the phone up for her by doing that. It's do convenient for me to get things done and My husband loves it because he has the coverscreen apps that can customize it more and he can let our daughter watch TV on it

Novel design, hard to handle one-handed

However, moving from S21+ to Flip4 seems a downgrade, once the novelty wears off.
Bad camera compared to S-series flagship. Horrible battery life. Flip-enabled software needs more compatibility with popular apps.
Cover Screen needs more customizability.

I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for about 3-4 months now and I honestly can't see myself going back to any other phone, its design is just so unique to me.
I'm literally in love with flip phones so you could understand my excitement when Samsung was first releasing the flip series, however I was scared to get any until now due to complaints i'd seen but I'm glad I waited. I've had almost no problems with this phone and I love it's customizability!
the only thing that really scares me is the fragility of the crease. While I doubt much will ever happen to it, I cant help but get anxious. I get scared of opening or closing my phone too hard and my heart nearly stops every time I drop it, but even with those worries nothing has caused any real issues with it.
I will say that on my second day with it I did manage to drop it right on its hinge and I didn't have a case at the time so now my hinge is a little crooked which honestly infuriates me everytime I think about it, but it never damaged or affected the screen in any way. This is also me definitely recommending you grab a case for it as soon as possible!

Overall, it's a nice phone and I fell in love with it when I first saw it's release.
