I was lied to by t mobile rep who said this had an expandable memory slot. So I got the 128G and now my memory is full and I've lost ALL my music and videos I've had in my memory card
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Z Flip phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a samsung lifer. I use my phone for work and for personal usage, especially taking pictures. I have never had an issue, technical, issue with the samsung phones. I purchased my husbands z flip 3 than 4. The z flip 3 screen stopped working about 6 months after getting it, so I replaced it with a z flip 4 and within 2 months that screen went black. We cannot access any information on that phone and now I'm stuck paying for 2 phones that don't work.
For me I'll stick to a regular samsung phone with a great camera.

Samsung Care+ is great for those unexpected situations we sometimes find ourselves in like leaving your phone behind somewhere while running errands, dropping and shattering your screen, having it stolen, and/or taking an impromptu dip in the ocean with your phone still in your hand. Talk about the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investments! For your convenience I have included a link to an article titled, "Care for your Samsung foldable phone" that contains a wealth of knowledge in regard to caring for your phones. With just a little care and maintenance, you can make sure your Galaxy foldable phone always performs at its best. Your foldable phone is extra special, but that also means it needs some extra care. The easiest way to keep it looking new is to regularly clean it. Cleaning your foldable phone is simple and not that different from cleaning any other Galaxy phone. However, you will want to be careful about cleaning the phone's hinge. If it becomes dusty or dirty, make sure you clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth to avoid damaging your phone. This phone is trash. Everyone I know who has one has had issues. Only had this phone since Nov. 2022 and now it takes 6 hrs for my battery to charge

Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. Be sure to take a look at the article titled, "Issues with mobile network connection on Samsung phone or tablet" for some helpful troubleshooting steps you can take when you have the free time to do so. If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Other times, iMessage may still be enabled if you just switched from an iPhone, which could make texts get stuck in limbo. Screen cracking battery life terrible

Have had the phone for a few months and the screen is starting to crack at the fold. Also battery life isnt good at all even with minimal use during the day while im at work. I would trade it in if i could. My galaxy s22 was so much better

I like the design but the screen keeps breaking

I also think that voice command does not work as well as my pixel. Other than that it's a great phone other than the nye having to continuously replace the screen.
