[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got this phone I really loved it although I did wish I had more integration with more apps but overall it's really good phone The flex mode panel is okay but I'd rather not use it

What an upgrade! As a die-hard Samsung user I clung to my Galaxy S8 for 6 years. I really did not care to upgrade until my little train that could- could no longer keep up with my multi-tasking needs. I upgraded to the z flip 4 (go big or go home) and I have 0 regrets. The phone is unique, the color is beautiful, and it has the capacity to keep up with a busy life. I have had it for about 3 weeks and haven't had any issues at all. It pairs seamlessly with my other Samsung devices and the many pictures of my cat that I like to take are perfectly fine. It is no Galaxy S 22 ultra but I didn't buy the phone for the camera, so that's not an issue for me. I also have no issues with the long screen when opened. I have big hands and find the phone screen suits me just fine.

Had this phone a couple of weeks and it gets real real warm. It had "overheated" once causing the phone to take emergency cooling actions and restricting use ...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A nice upgrade but I still miss having a good came

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many things that I like about the phone; the compactness, the One UI, the durability. But year after year (this my 4th z flip phone) I still end up wishing I had a better camera. For a while I just settle for the compromise. Great phone, compact, hi tech but mediocre camera. I even got my self a mirror less camera for those moments where I actually want to take a photo. But then I realize that there are some events where I need a reliable phone camera, and this is not it. I have to say, I'll wait for the next version but I might just find myself getting a different device with the spec that I need.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Flip Phone

I have had this phone for a few weeks and have no regrets. I love a good flip phone and this seems to be just that. You will need a cover if buying the purple one, it is very slick and hard to hold onto without one. Battery was a concern, but not any longer. It has done very well. I have no complaints with this phone at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!
