Wait for Screen Tech to Improve

Used to love my phone. Close to a year in and the crease from folding is pretty bad. Sent it in to get a new factory-set screen protector (sounds like a common problem). They wanted to charge me because of a nick in the screen. Since it's going to happen again in a year, I didn't see the cost as worth the benefit and had the phone sent back without repair. Plus the service cost was more than the current difference between trading in a perfect phone vs. "cracked" screen. Photos show how it was returned. Not only does it look considerably worse than it did beforehand, it also makes a cracking sound when I try to fold it. It's a neat concept, and honestly, I've loved every other aspect of it - but wait until the screen technology is improved on the physical fold. In following up to see if anything could be done about the worsened state of my screen, it appears all procedures were followed correctly on Samsung's end.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

hinge sucks

In 1 year already went through 2 of them. Any little fall on the hinge of the phone and its over. The phone will not open all the way. if you force it open it creates a black screen that will not work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good phone, bad life time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely enjoyed using this phone, and I still do, my only issue is that the screen protector is breaking at the crease due to the amount of folding. It really sucks that this happened only a year into using the phone, I wouldn't complain if it was, say 2 to 3 years before it broke. However, the phone itself is great, I love the outer screen, I love the software although the phone easily heats up. All in all, I give it an 8/10 overall.

Great Phone for moms on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond pleased with my phone, because im always on the go the flip saves my screen from breaking and the compact style makes it easy to fit anywhere! I have received so many compliments as well, everyone wants to flip the phone and says it's fancy, not going to lie, makes me feel fancy! Some people ask about the dent in the screen, it has never bothered me, this phone was made to last, BIG kudos to the developers and engineers!

The Flip 4 better than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for podcast video streaming music streaming work-related documentation apps and banking pretty much daily. It has superior screen and camera which has helped me in my endeavors very much and for what made me more profitable in my career. I am also a freelance photograph And the picture quality and options of detail editing are far and wide better than any phone out there in my opinion. The volume is perfect it can be loud enough even in a crowded space to hear concisely the words being spoken or song being sang etc. Designs sleek however I do not like the covers that it comes with as they eventually become loose and fall off no matter what you do to them and taping them onto the phone is rather tacky and should not be necessary maybe some sort of magnetic seals could help... I love the phone overall but the slickness without the covers is tailor-made to drop repeatedly therefore making us purchasers buy another device way earlier than we should have to. I appreciate Samsung products very highly in my life and there are the only ones that I use when it comes to communications thank you and I hope you all have a blessed day today and always henceforth. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The samsung zflip 4 has been a great device. I had a iphone for years before switching to andriod. The phone never lags and is very fast and efficient. Upfates usually o ly take about 1-2 minutes to install. Phone is very user friendly. The fact that it folds also protects the screen. Especially if you carry it around in your pocket. My only negative is photo and video sharing with someone with an iphone is not very good. Pictures are always small and pixelated. However you can still send photos and videos through other messaging apps and it works just fine. Overall great product.
