[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Camera is 'meh - shots seem foggy/fuzzy even with all the adjustments u could possible make
Keyboard is small- tried different contrast and themes but still small and difficult not to fat finger keys
Face recognition is not good!!!!! I have worked several different angles, lighting options, etc. Says it's all good but still won't open with face options

Aesthetically pleasing phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the phone as a gift I fell in love with the pink on the back of the phone. Had it for almost 3 years. Great phone runs smoothly for the most part. I do notice that as time goes on the battery dies quicker and sometimes the phone lags but it isn't a deal breaker for me really.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flip 4 is a great phone. I love the camera and all the features of the camera. The front screen is fun and I love the customization you can do for the cover screen. The only problem I've had is the durability of the flip screen. It's great for a couple months and then I feel like it wears down. I only had this phone for less than a year and had to get a replacement already so there's that. But overall if you like customization you like cool camera features and you like having a unique phone this is the phone for you.

Love it! Convenient and compact.

I just wish there was a slot to add a memory card. Will definitely go with a Samsung when and if I need to upgrade.
