Great compact phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the flip 3 and upgraded to the flip 4. I enjoy the bora purple as it looks sleek. Now with super fast charging I can get additional battery life within an hr if needed when low on battery. I open and close the device with care to ensure it will last long. With the snapdragon gen 1 it is super fast and responsive. At work I hang my phone on my wall and get alerts on the outer display without opening my device. Iphone can't do that. Overall I recommend this phone to those who want small but mighty

Don't Flip doe this Flip

Had this flip for 6 months and the screen started popping up right at the fold. Do not purchase this phone. Fortunately I had a warranty but use to get it replaced with the same defective product.

PERFECT PHONE FINALLY - SAMSUNG/FLIP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a SAMSUNG FLIP PHONE and I will never go back to a candy bar style again. After buying larger and larger phones, I felt I'd had enough of the awkward moments and times when I felt I wasn't much better off than carrying a tablet - not quite my personal style. I needed my phone for portability without losing real estate, a simple request, that only SAMSUNG could engineer into a smoothly operating system without leaving so much as a crease or compromising the brand's notoriety as the solid and stealthy performer we've all come to expect. No surprises here. Once again, SAMSUNG knocks it out of the park.
Continue to do the great work, I never have to compromise either with a SAMSUNG phone. I can once again bring it all back.

Honestly better than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually really like the folding aspect of this phone. A lot more than I expected. It can handle any app just fine. Plenty of RAM for whatever you throw at it. My biggest gripe is that the battery life suffers due to the phone folding, and needing a smaller form factor battery.

I kept seeing the ads for the phone just imagining it with me. Nevertheless I bought galaxy ultra. 22, I didn’t like it that much it wasn’t a fun phone. I took the leap. I put accessories on the flip I like it so far. I have been very careful with it though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All my phones I've ever had has been Samsung and I refuse to switch ro iPhone because Samsung phones camera features have always been incredible and the only thing I take with me to take photos.

Good phone! FLIP and slip in my back pocket!

I got the flip 4 cause I liked the flip 3 so much. I never had a problem with the first and 3 month in with the flip 4, I dropped it from a short distance on the wooden floor. It fell directly on the hinge part and the phone would not open! It was locked up and would not open past 90 degrees. I was bummed and couldn't understand how this happened when I have dropped my previous phone multiple times and was totally fine! Thankfully I took it in to one of those "you break, we fix" shops and they told me that they work with Samsung and are an official Samsung repair shop! I took the phone in, they evaluated it and said that this has happened to other people and it was a quick fix. They kept the phone over night and it was ready the following day! When I went to pick it up it literally like brand new! No data or storage info was lost and the phone looked like new, and the hinge was working and opened a full 180 degrees! I waited to see what the bill was going to look like, and the rep said that there was NO charge since it was covered by Samsung for a whole year from the purchase date! I couldn't believe it! I kept asking are you sure and the rep said not to worry, and to enjoy the phone! What a relief!
So all in all, I have the phone up to this day. I'm a little more careful with it but it works fine and haven't had any problems since. The service to repair/fix the hinge was FAST and literally HASSLE free!!
