Faulty Hinge Design

Loved the foldable compact design and purchased in Dec 2022 . But in under 4 months hinge broke. I do not recommend!

Not woth the money or frustration

I have had the Z Fold less than one year. My experiences are: if you have used Maps this phone would not let me answer an incoming call; Samsung did an update and I kept putting it out to later but it eventually did the update on its own, after which the front screen has no longer worked; the inner screen at the Fold has cracked and is bubbling up so you cannot swipe and cannot read what is under the Crack at the Fold. Nice idea but lousy execution. Certainly not worth the money.

Best flip phone I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for a multitude of reasons one of which being I work in a factory where a cracked screen is highly likely to happen I went through several screen protectors a month no problems since upgrading. I love how compact it is and it's battery life is surprising given its size

Disappointed with phone

Very unhappy with the phone. The crease in the middle is separating after a few months. I would not recommend this phone. I liked the concept of a smaller phone but very disappointed.

Great phone

This phone is fun and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 was the phone that madee switch to andriod. I was drawn in by the ability to close a phone again. I love being able to look at notifications, play music, check the weather, or even make a phone call without having to open the phone. I've had it for roughly a month and haven't been upset by it's performance. The screen is bright and high quality. Yes, there is a noticeable groove where the screen folds, but I don't find it to ditract from the usability of the Z Flip 4. The battery generally lasts all day from one good charge. The phone has many different customization options with themes and general settings that allow for even more fun to an already fun device.
