Poor Battery

I bought this phone for my wife when it first came out. After 5 months the battery is overheating, phone will only last 4 hours, and that's without using any apps. Currently getting the battery replace since it's under warranty, but seriously worry after warranty ends I'll have the same problem. My wife can't even carry the phone anymore in her pocket since it's heats up too and we're afraid of it catching on fire or blowing up.

Flimsy cheap screen

Let me start by saying I usually love Samsung phones...but this one is absolute trash. I had to replace my first one due to issues with the charging port. My second one...well that tough as nails gorilla glass apparently is not that tough after all. My phone has an indentation on the screen and after taking it to T Mobile and speaking with a rep he said that something my have gotten in between the screen when i closed it...now my screen will not turn on. I have a phone case on it and have never dropped it in the 2.5 weeks that i have had it. Camera is also subpar but thats not really an issue more a preference. Again, I love Samsungs but I deeply regret upgrading from my Note 20 to this garbage device.

Awesome phone with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned for about a month, the folding glass has come a long way, the crease becomes completely unnoticed after using a certain amount of time. The small cover screen when the phone is folded provides quick access to critical info. Overall great, worth the buy

#1 you need to know that all the 3 month trials they put in the cart are actually the free trials that everyone gets with a new account so if you've ever had spotify before...no dice.
#2 I have no problems with anything the phone is gorgeous and does more than I thought it would. I love all the new cases with holding straps on them, though I didn't like the replacement straps. Being able to access music and notifications without opening the phone is huge so is being able to stick the phone in my pocket like a normal person without it dragging my pants down.
#3 I miss my S22 ultra. I think I knew I would. This camera is not bad but it's nothing like the camera on the s22 ultra. I also miss the huge screen, s-pen and speakers. If you don't already have the best camera you can get in a phone today then it probably won't bother you.
I got this so I can put it in a pocket, small purse, or even hook it on a lanyard or key ring. And it does that wonderfully, I can also slam it closed when I want to hang up on someone. The animations and abilities on the cover screen are fun.
#4 even though its compact this phone is twice as thick as Z flip I have from a couple of years ago and it can go in the pocket of sweats and they wont fall down. However, the flip 4 does feel much studier and better made.
I will add the pictures I took outside today so you can judge for yourself.

Dropped Once Low Height. Completely Destroyed.

It hasn't even been a month since I traded in my Galaxy Note 10. I bent over to put my shoes on and it dropped out of my pocket, slipped out of the case, and broke on the floor. The glass on the back is cracked. The hinge is uneven, and the screen is pushed forward causing a bright line. I dropped my Note 10 plenty of times, even without a case. Never cracked. This one had a case and is destroyed. If I hadn't already paid insurance on the phone for a replacement, I'd get a different phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hinge issues

I got the phone 2 weeks ago and it's been great how small it gets and the screen on the back side. The main issue I have with it is that the phone doesn't stay flat anymore. The it stays at an angle and has started to irritate me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this phone for about a week now on t-mobile 5G serves and I have to say outside of the outstanding connecting and call clarity. The folding Aspect of this phone makes it amazingly portable especially when working on my routes for the USPS haven't to deliver mail it's lightweight and if it's in my pocket with little's and no issues
