I love the overall functionality of this phone and I am glad I upgraded. I have not had any issues with this phone and it had easy setup and updates.

Love my new flip phone!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Z Flip 4 phone! It has all the capabilities of any Samsung Galaxy device plus it has cool things that other phones can't do! I love the size of it because now it actually fits into my pocket! I'm the worst at taking selfies because I could never hold my phone and push buttons to take a pic. Well not anymore! Now I can use the phone closed or halfway open to take a pic. So, much easier to do! I like that it has an extra screen that shows the time & date, and will give you an indicator light when you have a notification. So, I don't have to keep opening up my phone if I'm in a loud environment where I can't hear my notifications. There are other things you can do with the phone closed, but those are my favorite two! I love my flip phone so much!!!

The best phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone and have been using for about 3 months now - I am absolutely loving it. I once was an android user switching to iPhone, and I got back to Samsung this year. I would say the z flip 4 is doing better than most phones out there. It's got a great photo quality (for instagram or photographers) great battery life, and iconic of being a foldable phone. Having cover screen and being able to fold is a big merit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I overall really enjoy the phone, I switched from iPhone to Samsung after being with iPhone for almost 15 years and I'm so glad I switched.
I use it for everything. Texting, calling, streaming, games, GPS, etc. It works great. The fold in the middle is barely noticeable if at all.
Only issues is the battery can drain pretty quickly, the built in screen protector gets dirty easily, and having the screen be a little wider would be nice as most apps are made for wider phones.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flip4 is nearly perfect. I am not a heavy user but the battery is great, the screen looks great, folding is incredibly practical, etc. Not perfect though. The hinge is a massive weak spot, and even a light drop can tweak it out of alignment if it lands just right, even onto a soft surface, requiring you send it in for service. My other, main, complaint, is the outer screen. If the small outer screen covered the entire surface of the top half of the device, I would probably say it is as perfect of a phone as we are capable of making with current technology.
