Great portability but very bad battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is good. I LOVE the compact design and the way it folds. Ot fits into any pockets now matter the pants/jeans. The problem? The battery life. This phone would be great If the battery life didn't last 6 hours, sometimes even less than that. This was my first samsung phone. I've been an apple fan boy for a while but I wanted to try samsung and the OS is 10x better than IOS( in my opinion). But it lags here and there but the freedom you get from the OS is so great. But other then that the phone is a 5.5/10. A 6 at best.

Love this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had both the flip3 and the flip 4, the only things I could think that need improvement are the battery life (even though you can get a decent amount of time on a full charge), and I feel that the fold on the screen is too aggressive and that a more tear drop shape would fix some issues I have heard about but not experienced myself. Overall I love the phone and would only trade it for the next generation

Powerful but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the phone normally for a variety of internet related tasks, including music and video streaming, but not for gaming, so I cannot vouch on that side. While the phone is performing quite well at most tasks, without any lag or issues, other than some bugs every now and then (likely driven not by the phone itself, but the OS), there are some features related to the phone construction that are annoying. One thing is the fold that, while not visible, it creates a crease that while sliding with the finger on top may result in a temporary contact disconnection, particularly if in a hurry, impairing some functions there. Then, the flip screen, while very useful for the phone compactness and screen protection during transportation, it may create at times a false flipping signal that activates the flip screen functions instead of the single screen until you turn the phone off. Finally, in just 3 months of use, the crease had the preinstalled screen protector lifting off on a side, creating an area where dirt accumulates, do that I needed to replace it overall I still like it, but there is room for improvement also the 4th iteration.

Small convenient super cute phone

Not just small, but flip phone small and now I can't imagine going back. This phone has everything I could want, looks adorable (I get comments all the time) and fits in every type of bag I have. I couldn't ask for more.

The bluetooth is flawless, as well as the camera. I take sunrise pictures everyday and love it.
The fact that it folds in half and you cant see the line is great, and the conpact size allows me to keep it in my pcoket even at work.

Ruined all other phones for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's so much to get into, but I'll try to hit on the topics I hear mentioned the most. I've had absolutely no issues with reliability/structural integrity whatsoever. The camera modules are pretty anemic, but if you know how to effectively use a few seconds of quick editing, your photos can go from mid to lit quite easily. Speaking of the cameras, the tripod mode is a total game changer. Being able to casually shoot ground level wide angles adds a meaningful level of possibilities. Setting the phone on the table for a group shot is amazing. There's so much more to say, but if you're a shutterbug (I used to be a photographer), you'll sincerely appreciate so the flexibility and options that come from this form factor alone. The long screen ratio was definitely odd to get used to at first, but very quickly, it began making sense. Most of what we do on our phones is scroll, so I've actually really been appreciating having that much more room vertically. The controversial hinge and crease: the hinge is a marvel if engineering. Honestly. It's smooth, solid, easy to open and close while still firmly staying in place at any angle... Amazing. Haven't had a single issue or concern. The crease/screen: like most people, most of my concern was the durability/quality of the screen, and the intrusion of the crease. I quickly came to realize that unless I'm playing a mobile game with vertical swiping and such, my finger rarely touches the crease. And straight-on, it's virtually invisible.
