So Surprisingly Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very sceptical about the price that this goes for but it has been worth every penny! This is my first speakerphone so I was so surprised at the sound quality. I expected it to be good for calls but was not expecting it to be so good for music too. The bass is incredible but not overpowering, so it is like having excellent quality speakers that also have an incredible quality mic attached!
I have not had any complaints of echoes in my conference calls and have not encountered any problem thus far. I have not connected by Bluetooth or customised it, but this product is so simple to set up that I am sure it will not be an issue. Overall, no complaints and so in love with this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is probably getting about 2 hours use per day as I work exclusively from home. The sound quality of the speaker is very good - all voices are loud and clear.
The microphone works perfectly well as I've had no complaints from anyone else on the calls. The integration with Microsoft Teams is really good (but this seems to only work when connected directly via the USB cable).
I did have a few problems with voices crackling after about 30 minutes but this probably was because it was plugged into a USB docking station. The issue wasn't there once I connected it directly to my laptop.
The travel case is a nice touch but I won't be using this for travelling so I can't comment any further on this.
I like that you can program the "Rocket" button to one of the available options. Maybe in the future it would be nice to be able to launch an app from that button to make it truly customisable.
The Sync 20 is a good product and looks good on the desk.

Great Product from Established Brand

Poly is a new name of the brand but has a heritage as an amalgamation of two existing, revered brands in the world of
communication devices for the corporate
world, Polycom & Plantronics.
I have a worked in high end AV installation with huge budgets and these products were always used.
The Poly Sync 20 looks like a regular Bluetooth speaker but actually houses some very clever electronics that make it suitable for video/audio conferencing on a pc/Mac/laptop and mobile. The sound is clear, spacious and excellent for the 2nd party and equally clear for the user. The battery life is excellent so far and is small enough to be carried for mobile use.
I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and cannot praise it enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!
