Why is it taking so long to reach 104? Will it ever reach that temp

Hello, depending on the outside ambient temperature it can take up to 36 hours to get to max temperature. It is important to keep the spa lid on during this heating process. If you believe your spa is taking too long to heat: Please call our Customer Service Department at 480-530-0500 if you are in the US or 418-579-8200 if you are in Canada. Our business hours are M-F from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm MT. You can also request a call back from one of our representatives on our website.
