[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good value overall. Very comfortable and the jets were surprisingly powerful! It did lose heat quickly when in use. However, it did heat up quickly when not in use. I would purchase again!

Great portable hot tub!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hot tub was very easy to assemble. There are YouTube videos that I found to help with the setup. My hose took about 3.5 hours to fill the tub up, and it took about a day and a half for it to get to temperature. The tub was advertised as 8 adults but 5 or 6 is more accurate if you have your legs up and not out stretched. You will need to buy chlorine tablets and pH testing kit in order to get the water right.

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and finally got the spa up and working (I had hoped). The heating element is clearly malfunctioning/never worked and I can't get the online website to work to register and file a claim for our product, no one will return my calls or messages. It took 6 days to get the spa up to 102 degrees (we wanted 104, never reached) and finally chose to get in. Within 15 minutes of the spa being uncovered, the temperature dropped 3 degrees and then quickly dropped a total of 10 degrees within an hour. Temperatures outside ranged from 45 to 65 degrees the entire week trying to heat. DO NOT PURCHASE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only good for less than 1 yr

I purchused this and first month or so after putting it up heater broke. About same time the inflatable cover leaked, now living in Florida the straps that connect top to tub are all dry rotten and broken off and 2 seam areas inside have like pin hole leaks 4 of them so it's pretty much trash already the worst part is no longer receite so screwed out of my money first 6 mo I'd give it 5 stars except it cools off too fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
