We really liked the Santorini since it has actual jets like a real hot tub. The built in bench seat is also nice. The problem is we only got about 6 months of use out of it before it started spitting black flakes into the water. Not sure if it is coming from deteriorating hoses for the jets or the heater/pump. I always test the water daily and maintain the water chemistry as advised. The product just isn't built to last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Heater failed within 2 days

This hottub was delivered on 12/29/23. It heated up properly and I enjoyed using it for one day. Today, 12/31/23, the heater failed and the temperature is dropping. I am very disappointed.

Liner bad after 4 months of use…

We bought this hot tub in August for fall set up. It worked great for the first few months, then it quit maintaining the temp and eventually started leaking air. When trying to reinflate, we realized the bladder was full of water. Very disappointed that this fairly expensive tub didn’t even last one season of use.

Absolute trash!

I’ve had my Santorini for 7 months and the pump has gone out. I’ve followed all of the guidelines in taking care of it, and now I can’t even get it to stay on. I keep my pump covered but apparently, even that doesn’t stop moisture from getting inside of it.

Love this HydroJet hot tub

This review is for the Bestway SaluSpa Santorini HydroJet Pro 5-7 Person Portable Inflatable Hot Tub Spa w/LED Lights, 180 AirJets, 10 Hydro Jets, Cover, Pump & Filter, Gray. We absolutely love this. I purchased this in November 2022 and had it covered in my garage until I put it up for Christmas. I put it up a week early to make sure it was ready and hid it under a 10x10 pop up tent and we now have a winter get-away.
This has both bubbles and jets as well as lights. It's very heavy and I used tarp under the boxes to drag it where I needed it to go, including up and down steps. Easily seats five people with adjustable jets on the back and could cozily fit four more between. Lights are powered by the jets and dim and brighten by turning the power left & right. Bubbles come both up the back and up the middle. Seats are attached, included, and comfortable.
It's now almost the years old. We use this all year round.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it Santorini hydrojets are awesome!

3 years strong! I always keep the water quality good including alkalinity and hardness. No issues but the led replacment lights are hard to get they Seem to be out of stock a lot. The inflatable insert cover got 2 small leaks over the years but nothing major we use it a lot. We still use it a couple times a week. Still giving 5 stars hydrojet in an inflatable not that is awesome!!
