Warranty... What warranty??

Deflated from the beginning. Try to get warranty. Ha!!! Will never buy or recommend Intex product due to poor warranty service. Unless they decide to honor the warranty.

Poor quality mattress

I am on my third mattress. The other two lasted about 4 months before they started to leak. I would have preferred a refund for this grossly inferior product but it is not their policy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor engineering

My first one of these deflated with no holes. I guess the engine wore out. I was sent a replacement a month ago and 3 weeks in, I found a hoke in the replacement. So two intex mattresses in less than three months and I'm on the floor again with deflated mattresses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great bed

Dead air pump after first use.

Pump no longer works. I deflated air mattress. When I tried to reinflate the mattress the pump wouldn't work. What a waste of money. Will never buy Intex products again.

They LEAK!!!

I bought two of these beds and both started leaking within weeks. I’d wake up in the morning wrapped in rubber, nearly on the floor. They were replaced, and the current one is holding air and feels comfortable. I like the bed overall, but they really shouldn’t leak so badly in the first place.
