Love ASUS, switched from trouble prone HP to ASUS.

My old desktop has crashed while I tried to install Windows 10 as a dual boot option. Big mistake because now it won't complete the boot routine.
I had too many projects going and didn't have time to troubleshhot the old system. So I purchased a new desktop. I was looking at the model under this one because that is all the store had in stock. However, it only had a 500GB drive and 8GB of ram. By the time I would upgrade to a TB drive and 16GB of ram I found it money ahead towait the four days and order the next model up. It has faster processor, 1TB SSD and 16GB ram. The only thing missing is a DVD drive which I will add.
I like the computer just fine. It is fast. The only thing I DO NOT like is Windows 11. I have been running Windows 8.1 for many years and I have very happy with the performance. Microsoft is very intrusive and I could say more but ....
I will add that I have been an HP fan for decades, all the way back into the 1980's however, I don't believe the New generation of HP computers are as good as ASUS. I Had previously purchased an HP Laptop for my Grand daughter and had nothing but trouble with it. I bought her a fast ASUS gaming laptop and It has been a great investment. No more HP products for me.
