I bought this range to replace one that was 27+ years old. I did lots of research, and looked at lots of other brands before deciding on this one. I love everything about it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased my 6-burner Z Line 36 inch Dual Fuel Range in 2022, because it was supposed to be an upgrade to the standard ranges. I always wanted a 6-burner stove because I love to cook and like the extra surface area and burner. I read the online reviews on this range that were over a year old and thought that Z Line would have taken corrective actions on the issue their customers were complaining about. I was surprised they had not. This shows the level of quality and care Z Line does not have. This biggest issue was the legs. As a previous reviewer stated, they are junk. They bend at the screw shaft because the bolt is set into plastic and is not strong enough. If you try to slide the stove, they start to bend terrible. I had to have a friend help me pick the stove up to set it place. The second issue is paying for color or texture options, they are a waste of money. I purchased the Dura Snow option. Only the door to the oven comes with the dura snow texture, not the top of the stove area on the front flange or the back heat vent flange. This is where most of you fingerprints and smudges develop. And the biggest waste is you get two doors, and you pay for the waist. I thought the upgraded Dura Snow option would mean that my range would be delivered with the upgrade door already installed. NO, you get a separate box, and you have to switch them out yourself. Then you have a second door to store. The last issue I have is with the largest burner not putting out enough BTU. I have adjusted it numerous times and find that it is too low to stir-fry. I called Z Line and asked if I could purchase a larger BTU valve and was told no, they do not offer any upgrades. I would not recommend a Z Line stove. The company does not seem to care about fixing the issues.

We have taken the feedback of our prior reviews and the legs on our ranges have been upgraded in future productions to ensure customers do not experience this issue with their range legs. Regarding your colored door, the range you purchased, RA-SN-36, refers to a stainless steel base (RA), with a DuraSnow door (SN). Some customers prefer to have the stainless look while having fingerprint-resistant features on their doors, rather than the full DuraSnow look. We have a full DuraSnow model and the model number is, RAS-SN-36. Regarding the extra door, we received feedback from our customers that they prefer to interchange the doors in the instance they only want their colored doors for special occasions or holidays, and we provide the stainless steel door to ensure customers still have this traditional option. Regarding the BTU for your burner, although the customer service representative was correct that we do not have “higher BTU burners” for purchase, this sounds like more than a flame adjustment issue and our team would be happy to troubleshoot this with you as ZLINE has a lifetime burner warranty and this does not sound like a normal function. I didn't like the company's customer service, which made me stop having some admiration for the brand. I have a stove and refrigerator. I had plans to point this out to my customers, but the company definitely does not have the structure to provide adequate attention. It asks for videos, images, invoices and then, nothing. Just because a year of warranty passed, I didn't have my problem solved. So I bought a stove that lasts a year. This is definitely not luxury and much less commitment. It's rubbish.

Good looking. Looks high end. Works well. Not as big inside as I had hoped but still very good. Make sure it is connected to hits own dedicated line and the installer follows the install directions exactly. Then your good to go
We've been looking for a classic range since last year. The unit that came with our new home had backsplash controls, which we thought was odd and dangerous. Whoever thought that was cool must be fired (jk). Anyway, this range is amazing, works and performs just as advertised. The burners are like rocket engines. I wish there was a way to lower the flames to simmer levels though. But overall, my husband and I are very impressed and satisfied with our purchase.
I bought this 1 year ago. The heating element connector and wire in the oven melted. Zline said they have a problem with doors not sealing properly and are sending me a new range. All zline ranges with an oven fan button on the right side were recalled. This unit did not have the carbon monoxide issue but still worth noting. I will never buy this brand again.

We just finished our kitchen remodel and it wouldn't have been complete with out this range and a matching ZLine Hood. The range not only looks good but it cooks great.
