I purchased this range for my farmhouse kitchen - it worked wonderfully until the large oven stopped heating properly. Customer service determined that I needed a new oven heating element. They sent one right away however we were unable to find a technician to install it in the rural area where I live. Sandi in customer service was so incredibly kind and helpful - working tirelessly with me to find a solution, and ultimately replacing the unit completely. The new unit is wonderful and Sandi and the customer support team are fabulous!
I bought a whirlpool stove and it was bad , great I could return it. I decided to install this stove,6 inches bigger lots of cabinet work for me. The final result was awesome! A real heavy duty stove that I can make all kinds of foods. Down the road I will buy a matching hood.
Was so excited to finally have a gas stove, which is great. The oven on the other hand sounds like a rocket ship getting ready to launch and takes about 20 minutes to pre-heat. It also doesn't bake evenly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sound you may be referring to is the cooling fan that runs on all settings to maintain the temperature of the range and components inside. The uneven baking does not sound like a normal function and we would like to hear more about this. I bought the package - autograph range, refrigerator, hood, dishwasher and microwave drawer. They were the highlight of the kitchen remodel! The refrigerator had a small dent in the door, and Zline shipped me a replacement panel in just a couple of days.
