Great quality and easy to convert to propane!

Bought this range after considering many more expensive models for our kitchen rehab. It fits our lifestyle and cooking habits perfectly, from the instantly controllable heat on the brass burner cooktop to the variety of burner heat capacity, it has been a marvelous addition to our kitchen. I love the ease of cleaning around the burners due to the one piece surround porcelain cooktop. We also got the grill/griddle plate and it has been easy to keep seasoned with every use. The oven is wide enough for my largest sheet pans and it holds temperature to perfection. It is very predictable in cooking times when baking or roasting. It is also a gorgeous piece of kitchen "art" It and the hood/chimney work very well together.
For the price paid, we believe it to be one of the best values available.

Sexy range

As a designer I absolutely love this range from its sleek look comparable to a high end commercial range at a great price point to its functionality. The surface is easy to clean and I love the gliding racks! I specify for my clients.

Looks good BUT has some drawbacks

Looks good get a lot of compliments on the way it looks but no burner will go low enough to simmer. Even the smallest back burner still boils water on the lowest setting. To top that off the front right burner igniter will no longer light the burner. I can use a match and it has a good flame . The igniter sparks just won't light the burner. What's next?

Love the dual fuel cooking/baking

This was my splurge purchase when we moved into our new home. I’ve always cooked with gas, but as a bread maker, I wanted the benefit of an electric oven. Discovered Z Line, which offered both and is also beautiful! The oven tracks easily hold the heavy Dutch Ovens I use to bake sourdough bread.
