Bad Warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dual fuel range and the electric oven failed just after one year with no warranty left. It's impossible to find anyone who works on Z-Line. If they were such a high end product like they claim you'd think that they'd back their products with a better warranty. Now we're shopping again and this time we're going to buy a better product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a professional Chef, I couldn't ask for a better home range. I waited many years to redesign our home kitchen and was not familiar with the Zline brand. I LOVE our range/oven! The customer service within the company is also extraordinary which is a huge plus and says so much of the folks backing the product. Exceptional all around.

This is super gorgeous! I loved it so much! I personally this it's the best cooking range we've ever had since we started our own family. Now I can cook whatever my kids and husband want. We used to have a single oven and it didn't suffice, especially when we invite relatives or friends over for dinner. Now that we have an extra oven, it will definitely be easier and faster to prepare multiple dishes.

Nice design and structure!

I wouldn't say this is the prettiest range I've had, but this is by far the most efficient. It's not too big and heavy. Doesn't stand out. And since it has such a simple design and structure, it can fit into any kitchen style. I also like the fact that it's very durable despite being less costly than other products, which only last a few years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely zero support for their products

I've had the 48 model for 7 years now and the oven has stopped working. BlueStar official servicers in my area are either out of business or do not know how to work on them (their words). Contacting BlueStar they responded, and I quote, "Unfortunately your unit is not under warranty, and we are unable to troubleshoot or diagnose over phone or email"
Their level is support is literally, "Our recommendations are too (sic) google local servicers near me".
So, if you get one, pray it never has a problem or you are on your own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The stove is beautiful

I bought this stove for its look and should have paid attention to the dual feature. While this is great , as electric is a much cleaner source, I didn't figure in that it would need a 220 outlet. So I have stored the stove for now.
