I bought this almost a year ago and I love it. It keeps ice at the ready, which my dog loves... the craft ice is really great. It keeps my drinks cold longer without watering down the drink. It is the best fridge I have ever owned.
I love the size because it fits perfectly in my space. I’ve always wanted a bottom freezer and this fits the bill.

The moment i received it I fell in love with the features it offers and the room that it has. I already had the unit for over 6 months and it is still impressing me every day. I recommend it to everyone. Just make sure you have the opening or space big enough to fit.
My wife and I love the refrigerator. The shelves and layout are a great improvement over our prior LG model (which we owned for 15 years). And, the through the door water and ice is excellent. HOWEVER, I chose this model because i was really looking forward to the Craft Ice Feature. It did not work even after 5 attempts to fix by trained technicians. This was disappointing.

Up until a few weeks ago, I was very happy with my purchase. It has started making noises that I don't believe it should be doing. LG hasn't been doing to anything to help me find someone to come to my home to check it out, either. Not happy with the service at all!!
Like the frig, got the craft icemaker with it. The craft icemaker has been replaced 5 times. So that is a big disapointment.
