I had it up and running in no time! It’s a beautiful product with amazing features and I love it! I also had called the customer service and received great help! Overall ok. Bad battery, sound, touchpad placement

It's ok, but it could be a lot better for the price.
- the battery life is wretched. I get like 3-4 hours when Windows 11 is set to "Balanced" for normal usage (mostly browsing). If i put the PC to sleep at 90% life, when I come back it'll be down to 50%.
- the touchpad is too big/too far too the left, so my left thumb consistently hits the touchpad while typing and messes with the mouse and whatever I'm doing.
- Although i usually stream sound to a speaker or headphone, the sound out of the laptop sounds bad.
Overall performance is good for the specs/price point, but remoting into my work machine got much worse from my previous cheaper laptop. Not sure if that is Windows 11 remote desktop or this PC, but the lag and performance just to remote in got so much more painful.
Daily use is just annoying, the screen is always changing brightness (even with Windows configured not too?), the touchpad jumps around. Would not buy again, expected much better for the price point compared to much better laptops for less I've owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
