Most of the things that irritate me about it are because of Windows, so that's not the computer's fault. I am quite pleased that it has a 10-key built in. And the speakers are loud & clear and the built-in camera is surprisingly good. It boots up very quickly and hasn't done anything wonky. Definitely a huge upgrade over my last laptop!
