[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this laptop has been a pleasure to use. The setup was a breeze and everything is at my fingertips. I love the facial recognition to sign in, and the option to use a PIN code. The battery life has been beyond my expectation so far. I am starting my semester in school, so we shall see how it holds up. The fan is quiet and has kept the laptop cool for long periods of time. I am hoping this computer keeps up the good work.

I'm am quite pleased with my purchase. The 16 inch screen is better than my older 14 inch. With 16 GB RAM, the Google Chrome browser (what a memory hog) does not bog down the CPU due to lack of memory. Some of the keys on the keyboard are not ideally placed, and they do not use re-mappable scan codes. So I'm not happy about that. The backlighting on the keyboard only has white, but low light setting is good.
