[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is not as good as my previous Lenovo Z70/80. I had to order wireless earbuds to be able to hear clearly, and even though the sound is clearer I can't control the volume like I used to.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for something to replace my 10 year old 17.3" HP and wanted something similar but yet possibly a little faster. I wanted wanted the Intel i7 processor and a solid state drive. I settled on the Yoga 7i. I wanted a large screen and really wanted the number pad which a lot of the other laptops do not have. The Yoga seems to be a solid, well built machine. It was fairly easy to get set up and going, though the Windows 11 will still take some getting used to. It doesn't seem as easy to use as Windows 10 was on my old laptop. Also not to thrilled with the new version of Microsoft Office that came installed on the new machine. It isn't as easy to use as the older version. This machine definitely boots up much quicker than my old HP. I would have liked an optical drive built in, but that seems pretty rare these days. I did purchase and external drive which seems to work ok so far. All in all, if this machine holds up as well as my old HP did I will be happy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would never buy anything except Lenovo. This is the BEST

I bought this laptop about 45 days ago and since the beginning was horrible. To start, the resolution changes by it self. I am working and suddenly the brightness changes and comes back. The audio is just plain horrible, in one job interview my microphone just did not work. You can guess how that interview went. In a webinar the headphone jack just stopped working (had to grabbed my 9 year old MacBook to finish). If you are planning on using this for home office and on the go, just DON'T. Get a different laptop/brand. I invested in software and a few more things and too late to change or returned it, so I am stuck with this bad quality of a laptop for this year at least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
