Mostly Great Except Trackpad QC and Repairability

Although its size and weight make it a bit difficult to use at a tablet, the rounded corners and good tolerances make the laptop pleasant to handle. It's also one of the few laptops with a Wacom AES digitizer which is generally nicer than the usual N-Trig or MPP digitizer on most other devices, though a Wacom EMR digitizer like on Samsung products or Wacom tablets would be even nicer since the pen can be passive (i.e. battery-less). The display has good color reproduction + maximum brightness and the 1600p 16:10 display offers a good balance between pixel density and battery life unlike other 15-16" laptops which have 1080/1200p or 2160p (4K) displays.
The models with an H series CPU and Arc GPU also have a sizeable 99.9 Wh battery (100 Wh is the highest FAA pre-approved lithium battery capacity you can bring onto flights) so the machine has long runtimes. If the Arc GPU drivers cause any problems or you want to further maximize runtimes, you can disable it in favor of the integrated graphics via the BIOS/UEFI.
The M.2 PCIe SSD and WLAN module is replaceable but, unfortunately like most other consumer laptops, the RAM is soldered.
My unit also had some QC issues with the trackpad which causes it to rattle at the bottom right. I tried asking Lenovo to send a trackpad unit so I can replace it myself but they refused and said it can only be sent in for repair which is really unreasonable when it's your primary computer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's okay I like that it flips but battery life isn't so long

So far, really good. Only drawbacks are a kind of small keyboard and really short power cord. Price was good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new lenova. It takes a little getting used to. I love the size. If you need a new laptop, this is the one to buy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great, overall! Meets all my business needs. Lightweight, longer battery life than my previous computer. I did not buy this computer for much personal use, but I was a bit disappointed with sound of the speakers when streaming video. Besides that a great computer for the price point.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop, the 7i 16" specifically is a great laptop for productivity and work. When signing documents the pen support/touch screen is a must have a long with the folding platform of the laptop. What I also needed more than anything was the 10KEY! I'm unsure why laptops have become so hard to find with 10 key anymore but this model has it, and along with the tall aspect ratio on the screen (The 2k screen on this laptop is the sweet spot for getting good screen clarity/quality while also saving battery life over 4k) and with the pen support I mentioned before for eSign and document mark ups, this laptop really is an absolute winner for those who work hard on their computers. So far battery life has been more than adequate. USB-C quick charge is amazing. Being able to charge my laptop, phone and tablet all on the single charger when I travel is a cherry on top. The model I purchased has the eGPU from Intel and it seems very adequate for small tasks that are more graphic intensive. Luckily my job requires quick use of a GPU for mapping/image work but nothing video so in my experience, it has been just right. The i7 processor and 16gb of ram I opted for has been rock solid (I will mention I did not go with the p line from Intel because I needed the extra GPU performance over integrated graphics). All in all I cannot promote this computer enough. There are downsides, such as the screen is glossy and could get a bit brighter. But the keyboard is that Lenovo sweetness people who work love. The trackpad is precise. The speakers are decent, though I never use them besides for teams calls. Really good product.
